Terms and Conditions

These Conditions will apply to all Goods supplied by Instyle Living. The Conditions supersede any existing Terms and Conditions and shall continue to apply until otherwise notified in writing by Instyle Living.


The price payable for the Goods will be that invoiced pursuant to the Order and at the prices quoted to the Customer. Instyle Living has the right to change the price of goods for sale at any time without notice. We cannot offer change of price for goods purchased after a deposit has been left.


Instyle Living does not accept personal or company cheques as a form of payment. A minimum of 20% deposit must be paid for any purchase orders. Final payment must be made in full at time of collection or on delivery of goods purchased.


Delivery dates are estimated in good faith by Instyle Living, and Instyle Living shall not be liable for delay in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply correct delivery address at time of purchase. Please advise if you are unable to accept delivery at the agreed day/time. If we attempt delivery and no one is home, a second fee will be charged to re-deliver goods. Please note that all reasonable effort will be made to deliver your goods to their designated position, however, we cannot attempt dangerous or awkward deliveries that may cause damage to the goods or your home. It is the customer's responsibility to check that all items fit and that access is available. Items that require special delivery will be left in a safe place for the customer to move at their own expense.


20% cancellation fee will apply to any furniture purchase orders for change of mind. Instyle Living will not accept cancellation upon receipt of goods for change of mind or unsuitability unless Instyle Living chooses to do so at its discretion. If Instyle Living does accept the cancellation, a fee will be charged to the customer to reflect any loss or costs incurred by Instyle Living. In addition to the rights granted by the relevant state and federal laws and particular Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding state fair trading legislation, full refunds will be made for "Homewares" items returned within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging, accompanied by the tax invoice. We do not accept refund or exchange on any clearance items unless otherwise specified.


Goods remain the property of Instyle Living until payment is made in full.


20% deposit is required at point of sale. Regular payments over 3 months are required, balance to be paid on delivery or pick up of goods. Change of mind will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Extensions for payment can be made on a case to case basis.


Instyle Living is committed to protecting your privacy and will handle the Customer's personal information in accordance to the privacy act.
